International Heart Study Reveals...

After an exhaustive review of the research literature, here's the final word on nutrition and health:

1. Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than in the US.
2. Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us in the US.
3. Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks
than in the US.
4. Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart
attacks than in the US.
5. Germans drink beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer
heart attacks than in the US.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you!

  1. Better to be careful what you eat and drink but only God may decide when you will die. He gives life and takes, Carl.Have a good day!

  2. I hope TYPING in English won't kill me...
    this was hilarious.

  3. Carl, amigo, estoy de acuerdo que cuidar lo que comemos, es fundamental para nuestra salud ,y nuestra vida.

  6. Ha! That is wild. Maybe it's an American Cardiology Association conspiracy. Perhaps there's a secret ingredient in American food not found anywhere else in the world, or it's the stress of having too many choices at the grocery store. My blood pressure spikes every time I need to select a jar of spaghetti sauce.

  7. Hey Lauren..Yeah the changing grocery bills are enough to spike your blood pressure!:)
As is been established for the US... high stress stress stress, over time,is part of the foundation of so many diseases like heart disease and cancer.

  8. I am a fan of olive oil. I like it on top of a hot baguette sprinkled with salt and a fresh mashed tomatoe, it makes a healthy breakfast.

  9. Hi Princessa.
