You can stop smoking, drinking, abusing drugs, biting your fingernails, etc. However, you cannot stop eating. No matter how much you want to lose weight, you have to eat. The secret is to slowly but permanently change your habits. Continue to enjoy eating and the social interaction that eating usually involves.
